Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Relations (RevRel) GTM Engineer to be the face of GTM Engine in the RevOps community. Think Developer Relations, but for revenue operations. You will run our own RevOps function, become an expert power-user of our platform, and evangelize the future of unified GTM intelligence to the world. You will create mind-blowing demos, write about what you build, speak at conferences, and show RevOps professionals everywhere what's possible when AI meets GTM data.

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate GTM Engine's internal RevOps function; be a practitioner first, using our platform daily to run Sales, CS, Product, and Marketing operations
  • Build cutting-edge workflows, custom AI agents, and automation that showcase the art of the possible, then share what you build publicly
  • Create compelling content: technical blog posts, video tutorials, case studies, and demos that teach RevOps professionals how to transform their GTM with AI
  • Evangelize GTM Engine in the RevOps community: speak at conferences, host webinars, engage on LinkedIn/Twitter, build relationships with RevOps leaders
  • Design and deliver "wow moment" demos for prospects, customers, and the community, showing what unified GTM intelligence looks like in action
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate RevOps practitioner insights into product improvements and new capabilities
  • Build reusable templates, frameworks, and best practices that the entire RevOps community can adopt
  • Engage with our community: answer questions, provide guidance, and champion customer success stories
  • Stay ahead of the curve: experiment with emerging AI capabilities and translate them into practical RevOps applications

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM operations; you have lived the pain of siloed teams and fragmented data
  • Technical chops: comfortable with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and AI agent frameworks; you can build, not just theorize
  • Deep understanding of the GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses, BI tools) and how revenue teams actually work
  • Excellent communicator who loves teaching: you can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and make them excited
  • Public presence: comfortable speaking, writing, creating video content, and engaging with the community on social media
  • Builder mentality: you love creating things, experimenting with new tools, and pushing boundaries of what's possible
  • Passion for AI and its application to business problems; you geek out about prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and LLM capabilities

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Vercel AI SDK, prompt engineering, or building AI agents
  • Active presence in the RevOps community: conference speaking, newsletter, podcast, or strong social media following
  • Content creation portfolio: blog posts, tutorials, or demos you've published
  • Experience implementing or consulting on Common Data Models, data governance, or business intelligence frameworks
  • Background working at a DevRel, DevTools, or AI/ML company; you understand how to evangelize technical products
  • SQL and data analysis skills; comfortable diving into datasets to uncover insights
  • Previous startup experience where you wore multiple hats and moved fast

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and meaningful equity; be an early team member building the category
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (100% covered for employees)
  • Flexible work arrangement: SF-based team members work in office 3 days/week, remote team members welcome
  • Conference and content budget: attend and speak at top RevOps and GTM events
  • Annual professional development budget for courses, certifications, and learning
  • Latest equipment and tools; whatever you need to create great content and demos
  • Unlimited PTO (we mean it; take time to recharge)
  • Build your personal brand while building the future of RevOps
