The modern GTM motion moves faster than CRM was designed to handle. Sales teams are still expected to log every interaction, remember every next step, and summarize every conversation, while also closing deals. The result? Dirty data, reactive coaching, and forecasts based on stage changes instead of buyer behavior. At scale, this doesn’t just slow teams down, it leads to missed quarters, broken trust, and lost revenue.
GTM Engine was created to fix this at the foundation: by replacing manual processes with signal-based automation, and transforming GTM data into execution-ready systems.
Meet the Founders
The People Behind GTM Engine
Robert has built GTM teams from scratch at five companies that grew from zero revenue to unicorn status: Cloudinary, Netlify, Moveworks, Copy.ai, and Harvey.
GTM Engine is the deep distillation of everything he learned along the way. Starting his career as a software engineer before spending 7+ years at the forefront of AI, Robert brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and hands-on go-to-market mastery.
For decades, engineering and revenue have operated in separate worlds with separate tools, separate data, and separate languages. AI has finally made it possible to unify them: to build intelligent systems that understand the full lifecycle from product to pipeline to closed-won. No platform has ever sat at this intersection because no one has lived on both sides of it. Robert has. GTM Engine is the first platform purpose-built for this convergence, and it could only have been created by someone who has spent their career at the collision point of technology and revenue.
Stanford-trained engineer (Master's in Mechatronics), 3x founder, and holder of 6 patents. Greg made the leap to software full-time 15 years ago and has since built production systems at scale across every layer of the stack.
He spent 3 years doing deep AI research: Bayesian neural networks, model-based reinforcement learning, and differentiable programming. Not because someone asked him to. Because he couldn't stop thinking about it.
Greg has a track record of taking ambiguous, messy problems and distilling them down to the few things that actually matter, then shipping fast and iterating relentlessly. He is known for extraordinary output and a willingness to bust through any obstacle in his path. That combination of ruthless prioritization and raw productivity is what makes him a force multiplier on any team he joins.
Life mission: make the world more efficient and eliminate drudgery. When he's not building, he's a sponsored whitewater kayaker, rock climber, and skier, and serves as a board member at American Whitewater.
Revenue Growth Track Record
Current Sales Tech Was Built for a Different Era
The Problem We Solve
CRM Wasn’t Built for Reps. Or for Today.
Manual Inputs. Gut-Feel Forecasts. Missed Signals.
What We Believe
Revenue execution shouldn’t rely on human memory.
We believe reps should sell, not summarize. That managers should coach with real context. That CROs should forecast based on facts, not hope. And that RevOps should orchestrate, not chase updates across disconnected tools.
GTM Engine brings those beliefs to life by turning every buyer interaction into structured signal: parsed, enriched, and acted on automatically. We’re not another dashboard. We’re the nervous system that powers revenue execution, connecting the inputs, insights, and actions that move pipeline forward.
How the Engine Works
Who We Build For
Operators Under Pressure. Teams Built to Scale.
We don’t build for personas on a slide, we build for the people running revenue every day. The CRO rebuilding board trust after a missed quarter. The RevOps lead untangling field logic and call summaries. The frontline AE trying to move a deal forward without clear next steps.
GTM Engine is built to serve them all, because predictable growth doesn’t come from intuition. It comes from systems that learn, automate, and improve. That’s what we deliver. One pipeline. One truth. Zero guesswork.

Why We Exist
To end the manual chaos, and make revenue systems work for people.
Sales teams have been asked to do the impossible: grow faster with tools that weren’t built for how they operate. We created GTM Engine to change that.
To give high-performing teams the infrastructure they need to scale without breaking. To stop relying on tribal knowledge and start operating on signal. And to make pipeline execution something you can trust, not something you scramble to clean up. We’re here to remove the admin tax, eliminate process gaps, and bring clarity back to the funnel.
Get the story behind the platform
GTM Engine is a Pipeline Execution Platform that automatically analyzes unstructured customer interaction data (like calls, emails, CRM entries, chats) and turns it into structured insights and actions for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
