The Challenge
What problem or challenge were you facing before using our product/service?
Our CRM was full of half-finished updates and missed notes. Reps were logging calls manually, managers were second-guessing data, and forecasting felt like guesswork. We needed a way to connect real interactions to pipeline health automatically.
What made you decide to try GTM Engine?
I tried the self-serve demo Jason shared and instantly saw it capture meeting data and push updates into the CRM. I knew if it worked that smoothly in a demo, it could become our daily workflow. I wanted to be the internal champion to test it firsthand.
Which features or aspects seemed most valuable?
The CRM automation and post-call nudges stand out. GTM Engine turns conversation data into clean CRM updates and gives my team clear next actions after every meeting.
The Solution
What was this process like for you?
It was fast. The GTM Engine team connected us and everything just worked. They understood our workflow and tuned it to how our SDRs and AEs actually operate. It felt like a partnership, not a handoff.
Is there anything you want others to know about us?
They’re incredibly responsive. When I mentioned integration ideas, the team was already looping in their contacts and coordinating how. That flexibility made it easy to adopt.
The Results
What changed after using GTM Engine?
Visibility and trust in our data improved immediately. Our CRM finally reflects what’s actually happening in the field. Reps spend their time selling, not typing.
Can you share any measurable results or perceived future impact?
In under 60 days, we’ve cut manual data entry and improved CRM data completeness substantially. I can see faster deal cycles through clearer next-step guidance and, as we scale post–Series A, GTM Engine will be central to how we operate.
What surprised you most about the experience?
I’ve already demoed it to our partners at Pigment and connected GTM Engine with other RevOps leaders. It’s rare to find a tool you believe in and actually want to advocate.
